What is your favourite place in Bristol?
When I first moved to Bristol during the pandemic, I spent a lot of time exploring the meandering pathways of Arnos Vale Cemetery. This Victorian necropolis is a treasure trove of local history and stories, and a great place to spot wildlife.
I love how nature has been allowed to reclaim parts of the cemetery. It’s an incredibly peaceful place to while away a few hours.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I like finding new walking routes to explore in the South West. My weekend plans usually involve packing sandwiches, lacing up walking boots and picking a path that’s off the beaten track.
I’m also a big reader, and can happily spend hours browsing the shelves of a second-hand bookshop.
Your top three favourite books?
Wolf Hall – Hilary Mantel
The Reading Cure – Laura Freeman
Rebecca – Daphne Du Maurier
