We’re hiring (again)! Content creator role open to applicants
Another strong start to the year enables us to offer an opportunity for a content creator to join our growing team.
We’re very excited to offer a fresh opportunity for a content creator to join us. This new role will support our clients and our own growth ambitions by telling stories in a creative and human way. The role is ideally suited to someone who specialises in creating visual content for social media and online.
As important as the specialisms is your outlook and ambition. We want brilliant people who share our values to join us on the journey towards being a consultancy of choice for place-makers and organisations committed to positive change.
This post offers a feel for the role and explains the application process.
You can find out more about us and the clients we support elsewhere on this site, on our LinkedIn page and our monthly newsletter.
Why join us?
We offer an opportunity to work for a growing business that cares about its team and its impact. We’re proud to be an accredited member of West of England Combined Authority Good Employment Charter, which recognises companies who support their teams.
Regarding the work itself, we support clients in the built environment, energy, education, professional services, and third sectors. While each client has different challenges, all of them strive to make a positive difference for people, places and wider society.
Our team has supported more than 50 clients since 2022, creating content that’s engaged millions of people and having thousands of conversations on their behalf. This work has a tangible impact, unlocking investment, supporting new homes, creating jobs and helping businesses grow.
This new position will help us to build on our track record. It’s suitable for someone with great filming and editing skills, who is keen to work in an integrated multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed team.
As we grow, we want those working for us today to grow with us. We are 100% committed to investing in professional development.
We offer a good package of benefits, which you can see below. And as a key member of our small team, the successful candidate can also expect a say in how we grow in future.
What we are looking for
While a track record in a similar role is important, we also value a shared passion for the work we do and excitement about where we are heading. And personal qualities like integrity, emotional intelligence and transparency matter more to us than where you went to university.

Benefits - what’s in the role for you?
The salary range for this role is between £28,000 and £32,400, with potential for generous bonuses.
We’re based in Bristol and Exeter and flexible working is a given, as it’s helped us build a great team. Doing the job well matters more to us than where and when it’s done. If it works for clients, it works for us.
That said, relationships and learning from each other matter to us too. For this reason, we are looking for someone who lives within commuting distance of Bristol or Exeter, to enable us to come together in person at least twice a month.
On benefits, we offer:
- Thirty days’ annual leave (plus bank holidays), representing one of our sector’s most generous provisions.
- Work anywhere / any time, through a flexible working hours and location policy.
- Generous discretionary and new business bonus schemes.
- Volunteer leave – every employee gets up to five days a year to support good causes.
These aren’t really benefits, but we offer them because it’s the right thing to do:
- Access to high quality co-working spaces in Bristol and Exeter.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development as part of an individual professional development plan.
- Enhanced sickness, compassionate, maternity, paternity, and adoption leave.
- Access to our healthcare scheme and Employee Assistance Programme.
- A say in shaping the future direction of an ambitious business that wants to make a difference.
Open to all
We are all different and recognise that to deliver the best work for our clients, we need a wide range of perspectives.
We believe that building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace delivers better outcomes for clients. This is why we want to encourage applications from people of different backgrounds.
We will treat all applicants equally regardless of race, gender or other status.
