Distinctive up for national award for outstanding client care
As a small, growing business, long-term client relationships are key to our success.
The phrase ‘client delight’ runs through our work. It’s in our commitment to quality, features in our weekly team discussions and shapes how we behave.
So, it’s brilliant to see the team shortlisted for the CIPR’s Excellence Awards in the long-term client care category.
This award recognises teams who prioritise clients and work closely with them to deliver great results.
The recognition comes as we approach the end of a successful fourth year in business, during which time we supported 26 clients. More than a quarter of our clients have been with us since before our first day in business, highlighting their amazing loyalty and confidence in the team.
Our submission highlighted the team’s work in Gloucester, where we have supported the regeneration of the city centre since 2018.
Over this time, our PR support unified messages about the £200m regeneration project, supported collaboration between partners and maintained a positive profile which is helping to transform perceptions of the city.
